Just use wireguard as VPN and bind ssh only to that interface. You loose public access but I couldn't think of a reason why I want other devices than my own to connect anyway. You have to make sure that ssh starts after wireguard though or it can't bind the port.

This is not true. There are lots of places where ssh/vpn is blocked by a firewall while https usually is allowed. So if you want to access/push code while travelling it might be really helpful to have https access to the repo. That was the only reason for me to set up gitlab years ago.
Me too. Who would think you would use something, noone would use. Deception is key!
Me neither. Please explain. Something with mushrooms, surely.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I really appreciate it.
I'm not Canadian, I'm European. I just would find it interesting to know, since I was told that Canada overall resembles more Europe than the USA.
The political left in the U.S. often aligns more closely with the center or even the moderate right in European countries, due to America's overall more conservative political spectrum.
So they would get an influx of center to far-right citizens. Can't think why one would want this.
What would have been interesting: How many Canadians would like an American state to become part of Canada?
I wouldn't want any of them to join my country.
Download SteetComplete. You can help to improve openstreetmap and you get around. I mapped my area and found it interesting, because the app made me explore the neighbourhood. https://streetcomplete.app/
