According to billbil_kun, who has a good track record with video game leaks, Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will be released on April 28, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2, while Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle will be released on May 12, 2026.
Indiana Jones is expected to be released as a game key card, but for Fallout 4... it should be a "code in the box" (a code printed on a piece of paper, placed inside a box, without a cartridge).
Finally, the purely eShop version of Fallout 4 might be released as early as today.
We will undoubtedly know more starting at 3 PM today, during the Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase.
I'm struggling to understand all the negative reactions. The schedule after April is empty; you can be sure Nintendo is preparing announcements for before then.
The Partner Showcase will bring us a ton of third-party games. This is excellent news for the console's catalog and its representation to other studios. If the Nintendo Switch 2 manages to become a major console for third-party games, it could have a significant impact on the video game market and, consequently, allow us to discover even more experiences.
Let's not underestimate the upcoming Partner Showcases. They could be crucial.
