I'm struggling to understand all the negative reactions. The schedule after April is empty; you can be sure Nintendo is preparing announcements for before then.
The Partner Showcase will bring us a ton of third-party games. This is excellent news for the console's catalog and its representation to other studios. If the Nintendo Switch 2 manages to become a major console for third-party games, it could have a significant impact on the video game market and, consequently, allow us to discover even more experiences.
Let's not underestimate the upcoming Partner Showcases. They could be crucial.
As someone who doesn't follow much social media, I thought it was pretty good.
I would've been annoyed if this was an official Direct, but this was the Partner Direct, and it showed a good variety of games, IMO. I remember when these were filled with half a dozen different farming games and everyone used to complain about it, now there's a good mixture of games from different genres, including AAA.
