Makes zero sense to use a dedicated music server if you also have other media to serve. Plex and Plexamp for me, haven't seen anything better on the market.

I didn't downvote you because I disagreed with you, I downvoted you because your comments add nothing to the conversation and are essentially pointless spam.

I think maybe you're the one who needs to go back to Reddit though, not me. That's 2 comments in a row you've brought it up without so much as a mention of it from me lol

Sony just announced a USD$50 increase to all their PS5 models literally the day MS said this. MS are just waiting to see what the market is doing so they can jack the price up to meet it. They don't want to announce $500 if everyone else jumps up to $600.

These are premium, low volume, enthusiast devices - the exact price doesn't really matter before it releases. The people that are buying one are already going to buy one, and we know the general price range that it will be in.

Microsoft has zero capacity, competency or even desire to stand behind this over things like game streaming.

Said like someone who doesn't understand why Microsoft are in gaming to begin with.

lol "Battlefield 6 is corporate slop" is certainly a hot take (a great tag to give you too haha). I'm sure you only enjoy the finest of artistic games that are all anti-establishment and must be played on DIY hardware using solar power.

You’ve bought the lie they’ve been telling forever.

I haven't bought any lie, I'm telling you the definitions of skilled/unskilled labor that have been in use forever.

Every person that goes to work is performing skilled labor. The only thing a person can do that doesn’t take any skill is being born rich.

Ok so your idea of skill is simply.....not dropping dead. Gotcha.

No matter what you want to think, serving tables is one of the easiest and least-skilled jobs in the world. It's why literal kids do it, it's why it's paid less than minimum wage, and it's why it's a last resort for many of the people who do it. Literally anyone can know how to do it with maybe an hour of training from another server. It's not a "skilled" job. It's a "bare minimum of being able to function in a society" skill level job.

Let me ask you this -do you think that investing is a skill? Choosing what to invest in and when and how much?

You think they've started lying and keeping logs since then?

Have fun not playing the biggest game of the year I guess, along with all the other most played games of the year.

NEVER trust a VPN.

The only exception to this is IMO ones that have been proven in court to keep NO logs, like they claim. The only one I know of that has been tested is PrivateInternetAccess, which is why they're the only VPN I've used for like 10 years.

I feel like browser extensions are one of the worst things to have come to the internet in terms of security. People just install them like they're nothing, assuming they're safe and secure because they're on the extension store - not a terrible assumption for the average person, tbf.

Basically every single extension you install is like "hey give me access to everything you type and everything you click on and every site you visit, and I'll change every instance of the word "Elon" to "fElon" for you. Sound fair?", and everyone just goes "Hell yeah! Let's do it!".

but ultimately its putting an increased emphasis on ‘products’

Well yeah, it's Meta. I don't know why anyone would expect them to be doing anything less. Same with close sourcing their next models - of course that's the end goal. That's the end goal of every company that is making these things. They open source them and make them free until they have everyone locked in and can lock it down and start charging for it.
