I was just having a "conversation" with this guy where really all he did was lie and call me names, and now all his replies to me are deleted. Looked at his profile and he has deleted literally every previous comment. I'm guessing he does this so people can't see how much of a liar and bad-faith commenter he is.

Edited to add: Yeah, see reply, they just keep going. “If being transphobic makes me a transphobe then words have lost meaning” is… Well, something.

Acknowledging that males and females are different makes someone transphobic in your mind, does it?

It's very far off the mark lol. JD Vance was in the military, is a lawyer, and a politician. He has never had anything to do with tech lol.

Court records show it's not.

I'm really not sure you understand how discounts work. Or interest rates.

Tesla's do not come with interest. Interest that you get by taking out a loan to purchase one is a price increase. You're paying more. A lower interest rate doesn't mean you're getting a discount, it just means that you're only paying a smaller amount increase. The car itself is still the same price it was before - what is changing is how much extra interest you're repaying on top of the cars price. The interest isn't on the car's price, it's on the amount of money you borrowed.

Even the little blurb right here says it’s on-device.

That functionality is built in to powershell now, that’s why they retired that.

Offering low interest rate finance is not a “discount” lol

Did you just call JD Vance a tech bro?! Lol

The guy was explicitly proven innocent

When and where? This never happened.

I’m not going to argue that the best person for the job always gets the job, even without DEI, because they clearly don’t. Unfortunately in the real world most of getting a job is who you know not what you know.

My original point was that this EO has nothing to do with DEI, and that still stands.
