Would it be any better if the transformation did not allow for any special ability outside of the froms. So changing from a small to large form under a car would hurt and squash you. Like there would be no shape change immunity and being a rhino flying at 100mph would likely injure you greatly. I mean when you land I think the increased mass would almost instantly put you at a standstill much less the air resistance.

I treat charlie by his own views. Empathy is bad. A few deaths are just the price of having the second amendment. Families should bring their kids to witness public executions. Im sure I will find out more of his views but I definitely plan to judge him by his own yardstick.
what wrong with the tipping over cars? we are not limiting this to normal humans the example damage wise is a well equiped modern military person. The largest you can do on land I think is an elephant. Someone with super strength could throw a car at you.

Honestly when henry pym ran with the avengers (might have been west coast version) he was a bit like that. He had a bunch of minaturized gizmos. He as like this because it was found the whole minitiarization and embiggening thing basically has bad health effects over time. Not sure if they retconned that. I had not thought much about buffing and support. Yeah I was more wondering if free speech in the EU is something they tend to have moments around. As I said I was under the impression the us had the the sorta highest level of freedom around it because of it being part of the bill of rights. The problem is that separation of powers is broken as trump has been able to capture the legislative and judicial branches at least such that they will not challenge him. So checks and balances are currently out the window. You have a good point that the only check left at this point is state vs federal but it is a very dangerous situation as essentially it brings us very close to a civil war situation. The next election will be crucial to the survival of the american system. Without a massive change to allow for a reboot of the system its likely to crash.
