This is DIRECTLY a question of what equipment they have... What do you understand of medical treatment, let alone EMT stabilization? An EMT is not a magician. They CANNOT fix MANY problems they arrive at. That's half the fucking reason it's such a tough job!! They LITERALLY CANNOT save many people they arrive at. WITH an ambulance's level of equipment.

He's not always the most in-depth, and his reviews can miss some important usability metrics, but he's excellent for showing his work. If you want good A/B reviews, I'd be hard pressed to not recommend him. Just mind that some of the items he shows aren't going to be as easy as they look to use.
