Eta: these are being ordered as cash on delivery. Parkrose Permaculture has had it happening to her familytoo, and refuses delivery. Their local pizza place responded by taking it out of the salary of the delivery driver. This is absolutely disgusting. The pizza shops need to request card payment by phone.
