Its big selling point is being "AI first" - they preinstall a bunch of AI apps and have some system tray integrations for them. The rest of the distro seems to be typical theming stuff that a lot of Linux users do and post about on places like r/unixporn.

I had heard of it from some crypto-adjacent people a few years ago, but yeah it never was a commonly discussed thing in any of my circles. Granted I'm not in many niche decentralized internet spaces, and the online spaces I go to are left learning or socialist
I really enjoyed this talk, I feel disillusioned with my career in programming and I feel that the talk hits on a lot of good points
