No one outside of China has their data stored there, though.
- There's no way to tell if Apple transfers your data there
- Apple does not clarify how they decide when to transfer your data there

It's already gone because it's not disclosed when or why it is moved to servers where the Chinese govt can decrypt it, but I guess it depends on who you're worried about having your data

No, it's not smart, I pay for Cursor to generate code, not to patronize me. I would stop paying for it and instead switch to something that at least tries different ideas to get my feature to work.
(Also it's definitely not useless at starting from scratch, you just need a strong design and good understanding of what's possible)
