OP, it sounds like a herniated disc to me. Especially when you said "put on socks" (it's worse in the morning, and forward bends are bad?)

When things get bad (or anytime), go lie on your stomach, and if you can, push yourself up into "cobra" pose. If that helps, you almost certainly have a herniated disc. And that pose kind of un-herniates it.

You need an mri to officially diagnose it. Might find one for under $300.

Learn Stuart McGill's big three, the McKenzie press up (mentioned above), take more walks, and maybe get an inversion machine.

It's a good question.

One problem with "fascists should be met w violence" is in the lack of definition for fascist. I can tell you, in my experience, saying something like "I don't want universal healthcare" is enough to earn me the label of "fascist" in leftwing forums like Lemmy and Reddit.

If the logic is "people who disagree are fascists, and fascists deserve violence" or more simply "people who disagree deserve violence"... well isn't that what fascists say??

Do you agree that that example at least highlights a serious problem in the chain of logic?

Agreed. But also commies believe that when the state takes something, "we" will get it (and they fail to see why states sponsor their useful idiocy)

Crazy responses huh? If it makes you feel better, after they chase off any voices of reason, these type of people resort to eating eachother.

Cool thanks for contributing to the convo.

He said he is making lots of money for someone else. He is making the money, therefore it is his money, not the money if the other person. It's like the "taxation is theft" people are unable to apply the same logic on the owners of the boots they lick.

I don't understand. You don't believe in hiring, paying wages? Like if you hire me to help you build a website, i should keep the profits of what you sell? Or, more directly, if you later sell the website, that money is mine?

I was questioning all his complaints, including having to shit and piss, and said that indicates bigger problems and needs therapy. You hear mocking and "you should be grateful"? Disingenuous in the extreme, nobody is this subtext delusional!

The message is all over the media that I should be grateful, im sorry I literally can't think of a time I came across that. I hear people suggesting gratitude practice as a way of feeling joy, or maybe would expect "you should feel grateful" at church or some religious context, but, I dunno, maybe im very selective about the media i consume?

if that's the case, if he's just an idiot puppet, why spend energy attacking him and his character specifically? It doesn't persuade anyone on the right, and it doesn't help the left focus on the people pulling the strings.

The news, and left leaning communities online, have told me every day for 8+ years that trump is stupid, etc. What's the point?

The worst take from his opposition: "trumps such a dumb idiot". And it's why the left gets out-maneuvered; they imagine those on the right as only either 1. Imbeciles 2. Racists.

The right sees the left as cunning, and strategizes how to outplay them.

The left sees the right as backwards morons, and strategizes how to insult them. It seems to be the main play, and is doing him a favor by shutting down closer examination.
