If youre mathematically inclined, think the correct door is +1 and the incorrect door is -1. The one who tells the truth is +1, and the one who lies is -1. When you look at them, all you see is absolute value of 1, and you dont know if its positive or negative. By asking the question to 1 of them about how the other would answer, youre now ensuring you have 1 truth and 1 lie. A +1 and a -1. Now your question is multiplying -1 and +1, and it doesnt matter if you +1 x -1 or -1 x +1 because transitive property, you always get -1... or the door that is incorrect.

Now imagine that for 4+ years instead of semester at a time.

I feel like the only way this is possible is some terrible co-op between businesses and colleges that, instead of colleges educating on basics and fundamentals, theyve basically turned university into the on-the-job training you would get as an entry level employee. But now, youre paying for it instead of being paid for it.

As a manager that has to do dozens of performance reviews, stop using AI to write your self eval. You used to give me a bulleted list that was quick and human readable. Im gonna start putting character limits on them because all AI is doing is wasting my time

Ive had them for a handful of different devices, but theyre typically used to push in the tiny hole for ejecting sim/data cards or manual resets

Kinda yeah. Every bill is a negotiation. One side isnt going to straight up agree to a bill presented by the other side without pushing them for a little bit more. And one thing leads to another and the bill is too bloated to make sense anymore

He wants everyone to know that he did it

I always try to bring it back something they can relate to.

You know how when you go to some small mom and pop shop, and they charge you a small % to use a credit card, or give you a discount for using cash? Its the same principle. The credit card companies charge them a fee, and they dont want to (or cant afford to pay it), so they make you pay it. Tarrifs are the same. Either you pay the fee via surcharge, or your cost of the product went up to pay the fee

While i know nothing about military intelligence Security Classification Guides,i know a thing about some others. The general idea is, even at a Confidential Classification, release of the information/data could reasonable cause damage to the USA/national security/etc. The different levels of classification (confidential, secret, top secret) only vary based on the severity of the damage cause to the united states.

Everything in me tells me this operation was classified and we're lucky that it only leaked to 1 person in the US while it was still time sensitive. Also, these things dont immediately unclassify as soon as their done. They security guide holds them classified for a certain period of time after the event. So dont be surprised when they come after the Editor for leaking classified information
