overview for Secret

Definitely. I only got easy internet in my pocket after school. Before that, I was raised by Sonic the Hedgehog and Captain Planet in my childhood years, and punk rock in my teenage years. And it was never a phase, mom.

Tumblr used to be fun in c/memes@lemmy.world

I tried Tumblr out briefly not long ago, finally. And I guess I've missed the good days? The place feels a little too much like a shopping mall as opposed to what I was expecting. These tumblr memes always gave me 'old internet' vibes but what I saw was a lot closer to modern Facebook style.

If there was any TV show that was cancelled or cut short that you could see the planned continuation/ending of, which would you choose? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.world

In recent memory:

Swamp Thing (cancelled after one season on a cliffhanger iirc)
Y: The Last Man (cancelled after one season but at least all of the season 1 sub plots ended nicely)
Stargirl (like The Owl House, which I agree with, had a good and pretty satisfying ending but still ended prematurely)
Sandman & Dead Boy Detectives (not going to watch Sandman season 2, Dead Boy Detectives ended on a pretty major cliffhanger and I was enjoying it)
