Nah its just the default search engine and you can still change the default, thus not cutting off distribution of other engines.

Fenne Lily, I find her voice mesmerizing.
Lambrini Girls, which are like The Chats if they were lesbians and from England instead of Australia.
Alfie Jukes, just because he's some fun lighthearted quality pop.
I just noticed that they're all from England. What can I say, the English still produce a bunch of good musical artists.

It's hard to find, but watch Stella, a short lived show starring Michael Showalter, Michael Ian Black, and David Wain:
Because David Wain (voice of the Warden) is just about as absurd in real life.
Probably David Wain.
I don't but it probably wouldn't ruin such scenes because I have always been a swimmer and can hold my breath for a fairly decent amount of time, almost 2 minutes.
The record without pre-gaming with oxygen seems to be about 4 and a half minutes.
This link details a saga where a lone blogger discussed their concerns and issues with Kagi only for the post to blow up and ends with Kagi's CEO harassing the blogger like a fucking "debate me" chud.
Read the whole thing, read the email thread between lori and Vlad and come to your own conclusions. But just to me Vlad comes off as abrasive, harassive and wanting to shove his opinions down other people's throats as if they were gospel.
From the article you linked:
Literally what I am talking about. I can still switch away from the default. No other search companies are being denied access to being set as the default search engine in Firefox. Google just pays a premium so they are the default out of the box, which would not be anti-competitive under this order.
This by definition does not cut off their distribution in Firefox. Google can still make this deal with Mozilla. It is not an exclusivity deal, it's a default search engine deal. Exclusivity or cutting off distribution would be making Google the only search engine option in Firefox.
