The four judges named are all women: Solomy Balungi Bossa of Uganda, Luz del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza of Peru, Reine Adelaide Sophie Alapini Gansou of Benin and Beti Hohler of Slovenia.

Sanctions don’t work, arms shipments do have a direct but not conflict ending impact. If a country can’t even do something as minor as not 3rd party participating in the genocide, how can we ever expect them to intervene.

I would like to see any attempt made, as it’s a step in the right direction and I understand these fools in charge need to go glacially slow for whatever reason.

Romanian exit polls project independent candidate Nicusor Dan in the lead with around 54% of the national votes and hard-right candidate George Simion with around 45%, in the cliffhanger Romanian presidential election that has transfixed and polarised the country.

So he's not hard-right which is good but what is he?
