Someone else mentioned study groups, I have found that actively studying with others and discussing what you're working on is a massive boon. Are any of your classes online or do you have a way to communicate with your fellow students? Post on there that you have ADHD and are looking for study buddies. I 100%guarantee that there are other people who have ADHD or are struggling.
Do you commute or have other times where you have forced "down time"? I find that chagpt's phone app with the voice chat feature is amazing for helping me learn new stuff. As I am driving, I can ask it to explain stuff and if I don't quite get it. I can ask it to explain it again in simpler terms. I can focus in on things that I am interested in or don't understand. Then once I have a better grasp on the little pieces I'm not embarrassed to ask it to explain it all again. I can also get it to review course information with me. You can ask it to let you tell it what you know and have it correct things you are getting wrong.

I had that attitude the first time around, but they have had a decade of this guy and his cohorts. At some point they have to be accountable for their actions. He directly and indirectly caused the deaths of millions of people and is in the process of causing untold numbers more. His actions in just the last 6 months will have repercussions that will kill and maim people for several generations. At what point is it ok to hold the not just the abusers, but the facilitators of the abuse accountable for their actions?

Don't condescend to these people. They have the same satellite/cable TV and broadband internet that the rest of us have. These are educated people. Do you realize how many programs, grants, and entire colleges are focused on farmers/ranchers? Half the colleges in the south are either agriculture colleges or have agriculture programs. Even the inner city highschools have FFA programs. These people went to college and have at least 4 year college degree.
They may be awash in propaganda , so are the rest of us. But they outright defended the pedo who praised the Nazis and said he wanted to be a king. They cheered when he said that if he got elected they would never have to vote again. This is what they knowingly voted for.

Even if we completely ignore the overhead involved in buying and selling property, moving is expensive, stressful and completely upends your life. Expecting new parents to move every time they need more room, or even worse, forcing grieving parents to move because no longer "need" the space is ridiculous. If we aren't complete monsters about people only having exactly the amount of space that they need at any given moment means that there will have to be a number of people with surplus space at any given moment. And at any given moment there will also be a number of people who need a place to stay, but may not plan on staying in that one place long enough to make it worth "buying" somewhere to live. So, I don't see how you can stop people from letting others who need a place to live from living with them. So landlords have always existed and always will.
On the same note there's no way to stop 2 people with similar goals from helping each other, so companies will also exist whether you want them to or not.
