For something like a web browser you absolutely want to keep it updated at all times. I would genuinely recommend reviewing the logic and this decision. If you don't trust the browser, use a different one. If you don't want W11, go Linux or Mac but choosing to run end-of-life software because you feel you are getting less bloatware is misinformed.
