Dont worry, I pet him so much before I had to go and after I got back. He's a very very good boy... Even when he throws up on my bed for no reason while surrounded by perfectly good hardwood floors.
Its honestly a perfect protective layer for the comforter since he likes to lovingly deposit hairballs directly on the bed. It's a lot easier to wash this than other blankets and the organic pattern hides anything that warm water and bleach can't get! I also find the pattern pretty cute and unique.
Despite his happy demeanor only pats to the top of his head were met amicably.
