I'd say both is true. If I need a quick meal I'm glad I can just order something ready-made, but I also enjoy to cook an intricate meal for hours. OP is maybe worried that people forget about the latter and only prefer the ready-made solution.

Maybe you can create an NFS share on your remote system and mount it on your local system, then create a Borg repo there as usual.

I know what you're referring to, but this is not how the word "antisemitism" works. The word antisemitism was derived from pseudoscientific racial theory that called Jews "Semites" because the thought that Hebrew were semitic people and Jews were the worst within semitic people.
