They can and do cook too! I'm just living out my domestic life fantasy, which is really fun without the usual downsides (like it feeling like an obligation or duty, or depending on a man). Plus, I love cooking, and having a routine to keep me busy does me good.

Well, if we’re being cynical, they probably view me as a human ATM since I like spoiling them, and that's likely the pragmatic reason they're cool with the arrangement. But I’m fully aware of it and don’t care as long as I’m having a good time.

I'm naturally a huge yapper and use Lemmy almost like a public diary. That tends to spark a lot of discourse about me, which draws in a lot of toxicity.
