Octogenarian means they are 80+ years old. I hope nobody ever finds themselves in a position where they need to rely on compassion from you.
If someone says they're not interested in dating Republicans, it doesn't mean they are any better than the average person at picking one out from a crowd.
Cough medicine can induce drowsiness, but you probably shouldn't be taking it as a sleep aid. The distinction between intended vs unintended effects is an important distinction to make, in my opinion, to prevent drugs from being unintentionally misused.
