I hate this guy almost as much as Asmond Gold. Who I fear is much more insidious going after young impressionable “gamers”
Why is it that anytime there is anything big, politically or otherwise, happening in the US there is magically talk of UFOs and aliens. Oh, I think I just answered my own question..

His job is done, that’s it. He paid off trump to be able to dismantle all of the agencies suing/investigating all his companies and then took care of some of the heritage foundations “pests” while he was at it. He’s not stepping down, he’s moving on.
