Netflix had a few really good ones that showed how the cops lied or bungled things.

Why doesn't the US government just tax illegal immigrants a little bit more than the Average american? Then use those funds to fix infastructure or a new WPA of the 21st century? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

Oligarchic authoritarianism has been on the rise worldwide for the last 20 years at least and people go on about Trump like he's the cause not a symptom. He's about to be dead and these dumbasses will sit around wondering why everything isn't better now that bad man gone.
