I always assume that other people have no control over their vehicle and that they will eventually kill me, especially when I'm on foot and someone backs up or drives slowly towards me. Very irrational fear but I do not trust people in tanks.

That was me in 2001 during basic training (one of the last conscripts in Germany). Wen we marched to the firing range I had to wear a blinky light right on my helmet. It was embarrassing, but so is the whole service if you are not really into that stuff.

I ask myself for quite some time now: where are Americas young people? In most countries, if something goes as wrong as in America at the moment, the first who respond with protests are the students. Just check out India. But in the US there are only a few local protest about the middle east. No mass protests, not even discussions as far as I can tell. Why is that?

Almost 4k hours in ARK: Survival Evolved. I was one of the 10 players playing it on Linux, with a total conversion mod that was abandoned shortly after the dev was hired by Wildcard. I hated that game...but it was so addictive.
