How does this work, from a practical perspective? Bangladesh can determine which passports it considers valid, but I don't see how it can determine which passports another country considers valid. In other words, Bangladesh could stop people with Israeli passports from entering, because that is under its direct control, but how it can stop Israel from allowing people with Bangladeshi passports to enter despite this inscription, if Israel chooses to do so?

id imagine they cant stop them from going to israel unless its from within their own country. cant book a flight from bangladesh to israel for example
