America’s military invasion of Canada

What does that even look like, the day after US troops occupy ~~Toronto~~Ottowa? Canadians waging an insurgency from the woods, occasionally killing some random cops?

America's military budget is 895B. Canada's military budget is 9.3B; essentially a rounding error here.
