The issue with stuff like this is that it's going to work like literacy tests that disenfranchised black voters.
Fascists will use them to be "alternative facts" and if you answer in any way that they don't like, you'll be bared from serving.
That's why "passage not required, public posted results" is important. I sit down, fully against any sort of requirement exams besides citizenship for elected office. But this is just a publicly posted resource to choose your vote. That, depending on how it's organized, good be valid
