Is that ICE? It kinda looks like normal cops. Also, what’s up with the dude who’s just wearing a plaid shirt holding the riot shield?

This seems weird.

Could be normal cops. LA cops have a terrible reputation even compared to other cops and LAPD likely has been backing and supporting ICE both institutionally and on a personal level.
