China on Thursday sent three astronauts to its permanent space station Tiangong to replace the crew stationed there since last October.

The Shenzhou-20 spaceship took off at 5:17 p.m. local time (0917 GMT) from Gobi Desert in northwestern China, according to state media.

This Technology Dick Measuring Contest^TM^ we are now all in at the will of Peter Thiel (put his name everywhere) is going to kill our planet. When is it enough? When is the greed and the power enough? How many people have to die? How many species have to cease to exist, just for unaffordable tech and cheap chocolate? What is the point?
