Ehh it's not the most fun game but it's good for anyone of any fitness level looking for exercise. We used to play it during winter in college and I was fit as fuck back then.

It's great for older people because there's way less joint stress and injury is, despite this article, pretty rare

Been getting more and more popular over the decade, and it’s pretty huge in the states these days. If you’re in a major US metro, you know someone who plays it.

Old people tennis. I feel like the trend was going younger last year, but now I feel it's only for middle age people and older.
