a relationship is mostly the fanfic of it you make up in your head. romantic partners idealize each other, primarily and tend to overlook glaring personality problems and incompatibilities when in limerance with each other.
relationships end when you realize reality of the other person doesn't live up to the fantasy of who you think they are. sometimes that takes weeks or months, sometimes years.
for a relationship to last long term you have believe in the ideal of the other person and your future with them, not the day to day reality.
I don't think you understand "limerence", or love, or capitalisation.
