Indiana also has very lax gun laws. Chicago gets a lot of shit over gun violence, but many of those guns come from Indiana.

It's probably a lot of confirmation bias, but it feels like (and it is a running joke) cars in Chicago with Indiana plates typically drive like maniacs.
