Elon Musk is why America doesn't have 5 minute cities and rail transport? He's only been politically active for a handful of years dude
He's all sorts of bad, and was put in charge of gutting the government, but his year or two with the ear of the president has nothing on the previous 90 years of damage
Before he was "politically active" he was a billionaire making his money off of selling cars. One of the way he achieved that was by buying up contracts for high-speed rail projects and then not building them, or turning them into an entirely different car-centric thing (like his tunnel in vegas). Elon Musk didn't SUDDENLY become a piece of shit when Trump was elected, he took advantage of that fact to be a bigger piece of shit.
So Yeah. He is. Or at least one of them.
