The only cramps I ever get is period cramps I don’t understand random body parts cramping that seems like it shouldn’t be happening?
Are you still in your 20s?
You've never gotten a charley horse? It's not at all like a period cramp, very sudden and exquisitely painful, and quickly resolved.
You probably drink an adequate amount of water
