That was what had me sniffing around the news story/comments at the time. Well that and if a cop says it's sunny outside I'm going to bring my umbrella.
Baby powder wouldn't make a good cut, but a street level dealer is generally using themselves and pretty heavily and people on coke like to try weird shit. Im sure it is done and im also sure the cops lie about it being a common thing, cause it certainly isn't, that shit would gum up in your nostrils for one. Chances are the ones trying this arent lifting the baby powder, its people with babies and no money. I could see the fact that its kinda cakey being used to make a crack rock look a bit bigger.
