Air raid sirens echoed throughout central "Israel" after a ballistic missile was launched from Yemen, according to a statement from the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF).

The IOF confirmed the detection of the missile and said they were taking action to intercept it.

Specific details about the missile's trajectory, intended target, and damage were not immediately disclosed.

Is there a reason why we don't just call it occupied historic Palestine or something similar?

Confusing term for laymen. Also not sure where it would be.

Historic Palestine is all of it.

Occupied Palestine would include the West Bank as well, and technically Gaza too.
