It never is though, just good old heart palpitations edging you.
I had a real one last year, it was bloody awful and not like anything I'd ever experienced before.
hang in there!
Thanks, I will. Luckily I realized the wrong quick enough. It wasn't the knock out kind of failure, and they installed three stents in my arteries the very next day. Feeling good right now, though side effects of some medications can suck at times.
can i ask how old you are?
15
No thank you, though it was a great time!
I'm turning 50 in September.
This 100%! I’m 42 and for the last 4ish years I’ve just been chasing random pains in my body…welcome to the shit show!
I coughed the other day, just a little one and pulled a bunch of muscles in my lower back, now I can't look down without pain, 39 this year, it's all down hill from here.
Good news: gravity assists going down hill, if you acquire the knowledge and technique to use it. Well, if not, going down hill wrecks your knees, and falling down cliff potentially even more.
I would recommend looking up a basic yoga routine on YT I’ve been doing a routine every morning for about 6ish months now and it’s a game changer for me.
