To be fair incidents did happen but that's also the case for our Dutch matches but that never gets blamed on the entire population. 99% is like what you say, families celebrating.
But the media needs to stir up a storm by writing about riots for a week. For a match on a Tuesday at 3 am. The match will end at 5 am. Everybody will be sleeping bar a few lost souls.

Not criticizing or attacking what you just said since you already agree but that's the problem when you have a media shining a light on only one thing but it doesn't go the other way ahahaha
