Delta chat and session (RIP): they dont ask for accounts or ID to chat
delta absolutely needs an account though, it's literally email
That is such a non issue when considering except for sms you basically need an Account for every messenger under the sun
Duck dot com email proxies are free. Just read the tos to see how private it is.

It's just an alternative DeltaChat client made by one of the Delta developers. I'm not sure why it exists instead of just upstreaming the things that are different. It runs on a different "instance" though, kind of like Lemmy. You can get it on FDroid or using Obtanium though. The F-Droid page shows a lot of differences and it's supposed to have enhanced privacy over regular Delta.
It is a fork of Delta Chat. Not that I know it's better
