That's a massive panel for so little wattage.
Look up 25% next time, they maximize the area! N-type's are also great for enduring high temps and weathering high uv.
Is 25% the brand name?
Refers to the efficiency. 25% needs less area to generate the same amount of power. The efficiency has been steadily rising from 18% now to 25%.

Yeah it's a lot of panel for 30W.
To add to my comment, many cheaper portable brands underperform greatly as well.
Get a rigid panel (not flexible) and you'll see a huge improvement.
The flexible panels are great for keeping weight down, though. Probably the only way to go if you're hiking or backpacking!
