They see you changing channels on YOUR special window all the time
I wonder if it was weird for pets in houses when the TV got upgraded from CRT to LCD - now the flickery box that the humans stare at is thin and showing these flat moving pictures.
Doesn't matter, the bird inside the now flat box must die!
Our cats watched TV often, and one day they were watching chipmunks on TV, and one of the critters ran off screen. One of our cats thought it had run into the bedroom door next to the TV, and spent the next two days hunting that chipmunk it thought was in the bedroom.
