You've never had issues sleeping? Even if the next day is super busy?
Very rarely. My sleep pattern fluctuates. When exhausted I find myself passing out early, say 8:30pm.
When I'm in night owl mode, I can be active until 11:50pm then wind down and be asleep before midnight.

This is what I read at almost 1am with probably still at least a half hour before I'm going to fall asleep tonight (about average for me with sometimes a bit later)
