In the cess pit of thy Web3 world, this is one thing that crypto in modern day is actually good for. Take Sui's well architected Walrus file platform. You pay some money for storage that similar to S3, then since it's all on chain and n't subject to the whims of clownflare or Bezos your website data or torrent tracker list or whatever becomes mirrored across crypto nodes. At that point it cannot be meaningfully censored. The only thing at risk at that point is purely the domain name of the website.
