That's assuming this image was originally made to be shared on Lemmy. But most content in this community almost certainly comes from somewhere else first.
We inherit secondhand social media engagement metrics.
Pretty sure you can sort by activity. Also, most stuff on here was on a different platform first.
Sort by active is calculated from votes and age of last reply, but the number of comments itself is pretty useless.
People copy stuff from elsewhere. This is the internet. Blaming OP is just st*pid
