Don't know why I got a downvote, I've been looking for this movie for decades. It's hilarious and I want it.

There's no synopsis, so I don't know if the title's joking or you are.
Its about Ukrainian recruit in the Soviet Army, based on the experiences of the writer and director. About the dehumanizing nature of the military.
Hilarious is not the adjective I would use.

I wanted to watch Well-Founded Fear (2000) on immigration in the US. As far as I can tell, you can only get it by purchase on Vimeo. $12 to rent. $150 to buy. It's too obscure to have a torrent.
