Man, they need to update the laws. Three years and six months being the maximum is not enough. That's a tragedy waiting to happen.

They need deep therapy, locking them in a box will make them 100 times worse.

Sometimes there's no choice. And there are too many cases where that approach has failed.

Dude is sick and needs help, he should get it behind bars. Because this is something involving other people's lives, and if he slips, he'll likely kill them all (as he has fantasized, according to the article).
