They used to. Back in ye olden days.
It does happen here on occasion. I've witnessed it.
Of course... the mods usually ban people for having honest discussions because it makes other users uncomfortable. The word-salad users don't like honest discussion because it is scary to them and hurts them. So it must be banned, because anything that isn't their own bullshit is evil and horrible.
