EDINBURG, Texas (AP) — Quinten Martinez, pumping gas under a hot South Texas sun, remembers a time when fueling up didn’t require difficult decisions.

“Is it going to be groceries this week?” asked the 28-year-old Amazon delivery driver as he watched the numbers tick higher. “Is it gonna be getting gas in our tank to go to work?”

He shook his head when asked about President Donald Trump’s assertion last week that higher gas prices are a small price to pay for the war with Iran.

“I don’t feel like it’s a good trade-off,” Martinez said. “I don’t feel like this is good for anyone.”

Voters across the country, and across the political spectrum, tend to agree.

You know who likes the idea of 4 little Americas?? META, GOOG, AAPL, AMZN. That’s who will be buying the debt and dissolving the union.

That’s…. Not how the USSR worked at all. There’s a whole war in Ukraine right now that’s based on Ukraine giving nukes away due to security promises America failed to fulfill.

Do you know where the nukes are now? Do you think that the Confederate states of America might try to you know….. do the thing again??

So where did those nukes end up when USSR dissolved? Right where they were until some years later when a deal was made to move them. I don't think you got me as hard as you think you did.

???? So where do our nukes go after we decided it’s really unsafe for 4 unstable newly minted countries to? I’m sure all the little quadrants of new America would love to concede their power.
