Eh we’re already seeing massive drops in skilled labor. The political environment will create food scarcity in 12 months. It’s already paying to be able to fix your home and car. Can’t imagine what next year will bring. Probably unemployment for many.

Absolutely. As an investor and enjoyer of US markets and economy, I am truly terrified at the ramifications of all this. No safe harbors left to hide in and it appears to be hit the economy with a wrecking ball, and funnel the remaining funds to elon. I'm not so interested in US markets anymore and i can imagine this will have a lasting effect on investor confidence and companies bottom line.
What confuses me is if you steal all the money and destroy the stock market and USD in the process, what do you even do with the stolen wealth?
Right, that's how you get the boomers out. I know a lot that want to protest but can't find information on where, or plan for it etc. Local papers even more so.
We're in post law society, I can't even believe the trump admin is going after tech giants. So i believe anything is possible here. I can't imagine anything the admin does will be good for society so maybe its safe to assume they will be broken up so elon can buy a chunk?

This is the big news lol. He's put the worlds faith in the US financial system at the brink of destruction. They are slowly winding it back for huge financial gains for insider traders. When the world is tired of being scammed they will abandon us at best. Attack us at worst.
But yes inbetweem this news he is still erasing minorities from history books, arresting tesla protestors. Supreme Court voted 9-0 against his deportation, so he's still doing a constitutional crisis. He is still supported by a lame congress who can only rubber stamp his bad ideas into law. So ya the normal stuff is still in the background but we're all starting to wonder if the great depression has arrived.
