The Group of Seven Nations agreed Friday to release 100 million barrels of oil from its stockpiles—following a desperate plea from the White House.

The G7 held an emergency meeting Friday morning to discuss global energy costs. The discussion came in the wake of a pressing call between Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron, during which the U.S. leader asked for assistance amid the current oil crisis and floated the idea of banning U.S. diesel exports, according to CBS Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Margaret Brennan.

Donald Trump announced after the meeting that “Europe has just agreed to release a massive amount of their heavily stocked Diesel Oil. The process will begin immediately.”

The European barrels are expected to hit the market over the next four months.

That's false. At the end of the day it was Biden who is recorded in history as having withdrawn from Afghanistan though it is fair to say Trump wanted to make that happen and did some things to work towards it. It was also pretty clear that his support for Israel was more unquestioning and he actually contributed significantly to the destabilization of the middle east during his first term. He was also already doing some of what he's really been doing in a much bigger way to NATO and allies back then, another obvious destabilizing thing that may well lead to further conflict.

The least understandable mistakes people who bought that he'd be some kind of a force for peace did were to think his extremely divisive attitude could not extend to war and thinking he could be trusted on anything he says.

Biden who is recorded in history as having withdrawn from Afghanistan

Yes. He had to adhere to the agreement negotiated by the prior administration. He still did everything in his power to fuck it up because he wanted the US military to remain there and keep filling the pockets of his Virginia war profiteering golf buddies.

Israel

Yes. Like every US president.

Nothing you're saying adequately contradicts my reply, nor does it support the original replier's thesis. The American people had reason to believe that Donald wouldn't start another forever war because his record was that of a president disentangling us from them. You can blame Donald voters for a lot of things, but you can't blame them for Iran, unless you're comfortable making yourself look stupid.

Yes. Like every US president.

I made a different claim that you have not replied to, no doubt because you know you'd lose on the facts.

Nothing you’re saying adequately contradicts my reply, nor does it support the original replier’s thesis. The American people had reason to believe that Donald wouldn’t start another forever war because his record was that of a president disentangling us from them.

They absolutely did not and your reply that doesn't even try to address my arguments certainly does not convince anyone of it.

You can blame Donald voters for a lot of things, but you can’t blame them for Iran, unless you’re comfortably making yourself look stupid.

There's in fact a lot of reasons you could see Iran coming already from Donnie's earlier policy choices. You won't necessarily figure it out by just watching Fox News like it sounds you've been mostly doing though.

You're right, of course. Anyone who was a functioning adult for Trump's first term should remember that he almost started this BS with Iran then, when he proudly assassinated General Sulemani.
